STORAGE LOCKER CHARGE IRREGULARITIES

STORAGE LOCKER CHARGE IRREGULARITIES – REVIEW OF A TENANT’S ONLINE RENTAL ACCOUNT

Tenants should carefully review their online rental accounts with Akelius Canada Ltd. to check
for any irregularities in the charges related to their storage lockers. If they notice any unexpected
or unauthorized charges for the storage locker, they should take immediate action to resolve
the issue.

Tenants are advised to document all interactions with Akelius Canada Ltd. regarding these locker
charge irregularities. This can be done by sending emails or letters to the landlord, and keeping
copies for the tenant's records. Having a paper trail is crucial, as the Landlord and Tenant Board
requires written proof of all actions taken against a landlord.
