1.75% RENT REDUCTION UPDATEAkelius Canada Ltd. is aware of the LTD order TSL-34824-12 and is currently in the process of making the necessary adjustments. Once the adjustments are finalized, all affected residents will receive a formal notification that details the changes made. The rent reduction period will start from March 1, 2024, to February 28, 2025.

If you are an affected tenant and are not notified by Akelius, please remember to reduce your rent on the specified date mentioned below. It is important to note that the list provided is only partial, and the order must be reviewed by Akelius to ensure that all tenants entitled to a reduction in rent are included.
