Akelius property manager forgets to pick up rent checks and issues N4 eviction notices to tenants at 111 LAWTON BLVD.

LINK TO AKELIUS CANADA TORONTO TENANTS YOUTUBE CHANNEL On December 31, 2019, and January 1, 2020, several tenants deposited their rent checks for the month of January 2020. The current property manager from Akelius Canada Ltd. -  Mr. Tristan Quamina-Pinnock  - neglected to pick up the checks from the metal rental box located off the lobby on the main floor. Two weeks later tenants received  N 4 eviction notices from the company issued by -  Mr. Tristan Quamina-Pinnock  - giving them until the end of January to pay the rent or move out. After receiving complaints from tenants concerning the wrongful issuance of these N4s, the property manager finally came over to the premises to retrieve the rent checks and only after tenants submitted second checks and money order payments.  As usual, there has been no formal apology to these tenants by Akelius Canada Ltd.
